Regulations on regular inspection and maintenance of collected doors, windows and curtain walls:

1、 One year after the completion and acceptance of the door, window and curtain wall project, a comprehensive inspection shall be conducted for the curtain wall project, and every five years thereafter. The inspection items shall include:

1) Whether the whole door, window and curtain wall is deformed, misplaced and loose. If so, the corresponding concealed structure of this part shall be further inspected; Whether the main bearing members, connecting members and connecting bolts of the curtain wall are damaged, whether the connection is reliable, whether there is corrosion, etc;

2) Whether the glass panels of doors, windows and curtain walls are loose and damaged;

3) Whether the sealant for doors, windows and curtain walls is degummed, cracked and foamed, and whether the sealant strip is fallen off and aged (the term "aging" is provided by the industry Encyclopedia);

4) Whether the opening part of doors, windows and curtain walls can be opened and closed flexibly, whether the hardware accessories are dysfunctional or damaged, and whether the mounting bolts or screws are loose and invalid;

5) Whether the drainage system of doors, windows and curtain walls is unobstructed.

2、 Repair or replace those who do not meet the requirements in the inspection items in paragraph 1;

3、 When the curtain wall project of pull rod or cable structure with pretension is six months after the completion acceptance of the project, a comprehensive pretension inspection and adjustment must be carried out for the project, and then every three years;

4、 After ten years of service, the structural silicone sealant at different parts of the project shall be subject to sampling inspection for bonding performance; It should be checked every three years thereafter.
